The Workday Adaptive Solution Architect will work closely with clients to document their business requirements, design solutions that meet those requirements, and ensure a successful implementation and adoption of those solutions.

Responsibilities:

Work with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions using Workday Adaptive Planning

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Workday Adaptive product and its features and functionalities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday Adaptive Planning solutions with other systems

Lead the implementation of Workday Adaptive solutions and ensure timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams and junior team members

Manage and maintain system documentation and procedures

Keep up to date with the latest Workday Adaptive Planning releases and provide recommendations on how to leverage new features and functionalities

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the system

Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the system

Conduct training sessions and develop training materials to educate clients and end-users on system functionality

Requirements:

BA/BS in Business, IT, related or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Adaptive implementation and solution architecture

In-depth knowledge of Workday Adaptive product and its features and functionalities

Experience with system integration and API development

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication, escalation, and conflict resolution skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues

Experience developing and delivering training programs

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy and integrity

Current Workday Adaptive Planning certification

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. Compensation Range for this position: $122,000-$155,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
