Job Summary:

MCR is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technology Systems Specialist to join our team in the Dallas, Texas office. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Technology Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing all technology systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all end-user hardware such as laptops and desktops, corporate software solutions including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, and network infrastructure systems including servers, firewalls, and switches.

• Monitor system performance and take corrective action as needed to ensure optimal performance and uptime.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

• Ensure compliance with established security policies and procedures.

• Assist in the planning and implementation of new technology systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

• Provide training and guidance to end-users on the use of technology systems.

• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and policies.

• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to current systems.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

• Certifications from Cisco, Microsoft, Apple or others desired.

• 3+ years of experience in managing and maintaining technology systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

• Strong technical skills in network infrastructure, hardware, and software systems.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with security policies and procedures, including compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Ability to adapt to changing technologies and recommend enhancements to current systems.

• Experience with virtualization technologies, cloud computing, and VoIP systems is a plus.
