This is an exciting opportunity to join the Ritlecitinib Global Marketing Team (Inflammation & Immunology TA within the Specialty Care BU) as the team prepares for global launches for Alopecia Areata (AA), our first indication, with approvals in key markets anticipated starting in June 2023.

AA can be a devastating disease affecting patients both physically and psychosocially; with only one FDA/EMA-approved treatment, there is substantial unmet need for patients with AA. With few options to offer patients, dermatologists are frustrated with AA management and want new, efficacious, and safe treatments that can maintain hair regrowth for their patients.

The Sr. Manager will play an important role in global operational launch readiness and the development of branded and disease education content which will be delivered via our omnichannel strategy across global markets. This role represents an ideal opportunity for a talented colleague to join a high-profile launch asset. The ideal candidate will have global and/or local marketing experience, knowledge of omnichannel principles and implementation of digital content, excellent project management skills, a real passion for translating clinical data into simple and impactful messages and omnichannel content.

The position will report to the Ritlecitinib Global Marketing Lead.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead development and execution of agile/modular omnichannel content for HCPs, patients, and other key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with current omnichannel strategy, core messaging platform, and creative campaign.
  • Embed foundational analytics capabilities (e.g., global dashboards, tracking/reporting of metrics and KPIs) via coordination with global analytics teams and rapidly fine-tune engagement approach based on new insights.
  • Work GLocally with priority country cross-functional colleagues to ensure rapid and impactful implementation of omnichannel strategy and content.
  • Partner with Global XFT colleagues to lead development and implementation of internal communication platform to help build a global ritlecitinib community and ensure global launch readiness. Own and maintain communication platforms through country launches.
  • Partner with Market Development Lead to develop marketing collateral and impactful customer events for key Global Dermatology Congresses
  • Track global and local launch planning to provide transparency into launch progress and potential risks.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
  • BS/BA required, with MBA or advanced degree highly preferred.
7 years pharmaceutical marketing experience within Global and/or Country roles * Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure excellent budget control.
  • Demonstrate success in developing, executing, and measuring omni-channel HCP marketing programs.
  • Proven record of identifying customer needs, extracting key insights, and translating into meaningful solutions
  • Willingness to challenge the status-quo, strong communication, confidence & flexibility in multi-cultural setting.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate across high-performing cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, providing an inclusive environment and supporting a clear sense of direction and focus, and ability to accomplish work on time through matrix teams.
  • Ability to manage advertising and other agencies to produce communications that impact business performance.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for a wide variety of audiences
  • Strong analytical skills; detail oriented, action driven; and creative.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $113,900.00 to $189,700.00. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Salary range does not apply to the Tampa, FL location.

Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
