The Role

The Brand & Creative Studio in the Mass Markets (Consumer) division at Lumen Technologies is in search of a fulltime Sr Manager of Creative (Associate Creative Director). In this role you will support the Creative Director by assisting with the strategy development and performance monitoring of the creative team. You\'ll provide guidance and project management on various projects. Ensure projects are meeting timelines, and requirements

The Main Responsibilities

• Manage a team of multi-disciplinary creatives that services the CenturyLink and Quantum Fiber brands.
• Manage the day-to-day work of the creative team, and provide copy and art direction as needed.
• Work with our brand team to define and maintain visual standards.
• Meet service level KPIs, such as productivity metrics and SLA for design projects.
• Develop and maintain effective, collaborative relationships with peers and other company personnel.
• Support and model excellent service by exhibiting a positive attitude and enthusiasm, ensuring all customers are provided gracious, quick, and efficient service.
• On-going support for digital and asset creation, including brand/category/product pages on owned digital space as well as e-retailer platforms, mobile pages, social platforms and emails.
• Optimizing assets based on results tracking, A/B testing and consumer insights.
• Seek continual education and stay up to date with latest trends.

What We Look For in a Candidate

• BFA in graphic design or related field .
• 7-10 years of experience in graphic design.
• 5+ years managing creative services / providing art direction ideally for an in-house marketing team, an advertising agency or similar high-volume workplace.
• An online portfolio that demonstrates a proven mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Figma/Sketch/XD, and other applications
• Deep understanding of the latest HTML and CSS standards
• Display excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate ideas to a broad audience, including complex teams and organizations, stakeholders, executives, and virtual teams.
• Proven expertise excelling within brand guidelines, utilizing knowledge of grids, typography, graphic design, color, layout, iconography, imagery, and design patterns and systems to address ambiguous, complex problems and projects.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
