  • Job Title: Sr. Manager, Program Management
  • Job Summary: This people manager role manages and directs the work of B2C Pok\xc3\xa9mon Center Logistics + Stores program managers and provides mentorship and oversight for multiple projects or programs in Bellevue, Redmond and Dublin. The role requires this leader to be a creative leader and analytical, excel at managing program management and influencing broad stakeholder groups, and work extremely effectively across the entire lifecycle of businesses. The ideas and work from the team will be discussed and sometimes debated with most of the senior leaders of TPCi. The role requires excellent written and oral communication skills, fluency with data-driven analyses and insights, business judgment, and successful navigation of ambiguity. This a senior leadership role within the TPCi Pok\xc3\xa9mon Center bringing people together through the Pok\xc3\xa9mon community.

What you\'ll do
  • Lead a team of Program Managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive success
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of logistics, organized play, pop-up stores, and automated retail, including budgeting, planning, and execution
  • Conduct training and onboarding for new program managers.
  • Assign studies and relay specific customer, business and client needs to a team of program managers.
  • Monitors program scopes, costs, schedules, staffing, communications, outside vendors and contractual deliverables.
  • Develops standards, processes, and tools used for effective project scheduling and to set and manage quality targets.
  • Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams and senior executives, providing updates and recommendations to drive success.
  • Effectively communicate and influence broad stakeholder groups, including senior leaders of TPCi.
  • Navigate ambiguity and apply business judgment to manage program management across the entire lifecycle of businesses.
  • Addresses internal or vendor issues that may impede program delivery and develops solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Tracks at risk metrics and facilitates actions to keep programs and projects on track.
  • Establishes data collection and reporting processes to capture key metrics of project activities and to provide periodic reporting.
  • Manage and track milestones and KPI for a portfolio of preclinical projects.
What you\'ll bring
  • Minimum of 10+ years\' people management experience in complex retail/product project/program management roles.
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Retail Management, Operations Management, Program/Product Management and/or equivalent working experience.
  • Experience working closely with business stakeholders and third-party vendors to translate business need and long-term vision into functional requirements and implement for solutions and services.
  • Experience with program management for large scale global, multi-million dollar projects spanning cross-functional teams and vendors.
  • Strong process/system background and proven ability to rapidly understand, use and drive improvements in new processes/systems
  • Strong critical and creative thinking, analytical capabilities and ability to drive resolution in ambiguous situations
  • Technical aptitude and experience using retail software systems and Agile development methodologies
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office and Atlassian applications, Tableau
  • Ability and willingness to travel

  • Base salary range: $144,000.00 - $216,000.00. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. For this role, new hires generally start between $144,000.00 - $171,000.00. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates\' qualifications and experience uniquely.
