Job Description

Job Summary: As a social media and marketing content specialist, you will be responsible for increasing company brand awareness by developing high quality content for various social media platforms as well as BHM\xe2\x80\x99s blog and email campaigns. This role requires strong writing and editing skills, advanced knowledge of social media platforms and ability to turn analysis into action. This position is fully remote and part-time (20 hours per week). Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducts thorough research on trending topics in healthcare for content development that relates to target audience
• Writes high-quality and detailed content for company blog and email campaigns
• Responsible for managing and engaging in all social media platforms as well as creating and publishing new content on a consistent basis
• Collaborates with marketing director and management on new ways to drive growth and develop campaigns
• Analyzes engagement data within all social media platforms
• Increase company brand awareness and encourages prospects to engage

Qualifications:

• Marketing and social media specialist experience (1 year minimum required \xe2\x80\x93 3+ years preferred)
• Experience working with social media and content creation in a corporate setting
• Advanced writing and editing skills
• Strong communication skills
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations or related field preferred
• Experience working in the healthcare field preferred

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits:
