Company Summary Precision Injury Relief is a Dallas based chiropractic firm with exciting growth plans. We have a vision: to be a nation wide injury and wellness clinic offering the best in class patient care for those in need of chiropractic adjustments, injury rehabilitation and relief from neuropathy. The position is being offered 100% remote and the successful candidate can be based anywhere in the united states. Job Summary We currently have an active social media presence however, with such aggressive growth plans we are needing a dedicated social media and marketing manager who will undoubtedly grow alongside our business. This is a very exciting position that will be both challenging and extremely rewarding for the successful candidate. The social media and marketing manager will be responsible for creating editorial content for use across our digital channels, including social media and website. They will be heavily involved with the development of digital campaigns, producing a diverse range of digital content to help meet campaign objectives and drive new patient acquisition while maintaining brand identity through social media posts, social media comment and message moderation, blog posts, digital advertisements, graphics, and more. The social media and marketing manager will also assist with developing the style, tone and voice of the brand. In addition to the creative strategy, the successful candidate will be required to edit video content to a professional standard and broadcast the digital content at optimal times to increase new patient acquisition. In addition, they will be required to nurture current database of current, past and potential patients, establishing SMS and email campaigns to drive top line ROI. They will be able to create KPIs and analyze opportunities for optimization. Lastly, the ideal candidate will have a keen interest in leading edge technology (e.g. AI, chatbots, SMS) with an innate ability to measure the commercial impact of their work. Automation and AI suggestions will be expected to be made by the successful candidate for the smooth running and optimization of the business\xe2\x80\x99s\xe2\x80\x99 marketing endeavors. Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a holistic digital marketing growth strategy for the business, including managing the marketing technology stack to achieve business goals.
  • Lead the development of world-class acquisition and retention campaigns to drive optimization of funnel conversion across channels such as email, web, webapp, paid search, SEO, paid social, display, etc.
  • Devise engaging advertising campaigns to be broadcasted on social media channels (facebook, Instagram, tiktok) to drive engagement and conversions to new patients.
  • Develop annual and multi-year budgets and new patient acquisition cost models based on marketing spend
  • Creates and edits engaging video content for target markets, automates posting on social media at optimal times
  • Ideates, distributes and executes innovative, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
  • Utilizes data-driven analytics along with industry knowledge to provide insights and optimization opportunities, to hit conversion and LTV goals
  • Performs monthly, quarterly and yearly analysis and reporting on campaign and job board performance and makes necessary optimization recommendations based on team KPIs
  • Analyzes conversion latency and integrates projection factors into marketing funnel reports
  • Monitors competitive landscape and digital marketing industry data
  • Utilizes data visualization to effectively communicate performance metrics and insights
  • Performs A/B testing across all digital marketing channels and maintains A/B testing calendar
  • Develops, tests and executes email and SMS marketing campaigns that deliver against revenue-driving goals including CTR, open rates and conversions
  • Helps key stakeholders understand all phases of the marketing lifecycle and regularly report accurate projections
  • Sets up and runs multiple email campaigns/nurture programs a week
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, media, communications, engineering or any analytical degree
  • 4+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience manipulating, analyzing and utilizing data to inform and drive business decisions
  • 4+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in digital marketing and strategy in a B2C environment
  • 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience editing video content for professional social media use
  • A startup mentality. Passionate about finding ways to eke out as much yield from every channel possible.
  • Proven track record in executing and analyzing high performing multi-channel marking campaigns for B2C businesses
  • Successful end-to-end implementation of digital marketing campaigns with hands-on management of execution details
  • Experience with email marketing and data list management
  • Clear understanding of audience segmentation and targeting
  • Experience with marketing automation systems
  • Strong analytical mindset and a demonstrated ability to glean action-oriented insights from data
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to work well under deadlines
  • Hands-on experience creating/executing successful multi-platform digital marketing campaigns (email, web, search, SMS, app and digital social media) to communicate to audiences
  • Open to feedback, translating these ideas into actionable steps to consistently deliver results
  • Entrepreneurial mindset a must and demonstrated ability to do more with less, e.g. stretch limited marketing budget to achieve great ROI
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Sense and other marketing automation platforms
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry preferred
  • Spanish speaking capabilities highly preferred
  • Ability to interpret complex ideas and concepts to the general population
  • Ability to work both independently/autonomously as well as collaboratively with others in a team
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits:
