Requirements and Description
Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant
\xc2\xb7 Maintain strict confidentiality of all personnel records and employee information.
\xc2\xb7 Assists in the recruiting process to include processing applications and new-hire paperwork, interviewing candidates as needed and tracking applicant flow information.

Enters new hire information, personnel changes, and payroll information into HRIS system.
\xc2\xb7 Answers questions concerning benefits, schedules, uniforms, policy and escalates employee concerns in a professional and timely manner.
\xc2\xb7 Coordinates fingerprints as signatory for SIDA badging applications.
\xc2\xb7 Maintains schedules and compiles reports
\xc2\xb7 Processes internal/external communications as needed.
\xc2\xb7 Keep records of all information related to employee documentation.
\xc2\xb7 Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
Qualifications for Administrative Assistant
\xc2\xb7 Administrative experience: 2 years (Preferred)
\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel: 2 years (Preferred). Intermediate or Advanced Skills (Most Competitive)
\xc2\xb7 Ability to multi-task with excellent time management and organizational skills
\xc2\xb7 Exemplify strong ability to be flexible, resourceful and make sound judgments.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to maintain positive relations with internal and external contacts.
\xc2\xb7 Exemplify strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and improve processes.
\xc2\xb7 Experience working in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage competing demands.
*** This is NOT a hybrid role; Remote work is not permitted. Job is on site and work week is split between airport operations & corporate.
Pre-requisite:
\xc2\xb7 Must be a local (in-state) resident.
\xc2\xb7 Must be 18 years of age.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check
\xc2\xb7 Must be at least 18 years of age.
\xc2\xb7 Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
\xc2\xb7 Must complete SIDA training to obtain an airport authority identification security badge.
\xc2\xb7 Must possess a High School diploma or GED.

\xc2\xb7 High School Graduate or Equivalent
\xc2\xb7 Must be a local (in-state) resident.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check.
\xc2\xb7 Must be at least 18 years of age.
\xc2\xb7 Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
\xc2\xb7 Must complete SIDA training if needed to obtain airport authority identification security.
