Job Summary:

As a Recruiter at Chloeta you will serve on the Recruiting Team within the Human Resources Department and report to the Recruiting Manager. The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. Job Classification: Permanent, full-time employee with benefits Pay Range: Bi-weekly, Exempt
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Create Position Descriptions and posting job requisitions daily and weekly as priorities from Operations and Business Development (BD) departments evolve
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
  • Assists with job posting and advertising processes on various job boards and social media
  • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
  • Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
  • Documents all candidate interactions in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Ensure job applicants are reviewed, contacted, disqualified or replied to on a daily and weekly basis
  • Coordinate with Project Managers (PM) regarding hiring needs
  • May participate occasionally in community outreach events such as college career fairs
  • Maintain relationships with community partners to ensure properly staffed projects
  • Ability to meet established goals on a monthly basis through the support of a full-team effort

Education and Experience:
  • Required: Bachelor\'s Degree
  • Required: Two (2) years of staffing, recruiting, HR or related experience or five years training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
  • Preferred: SHRM certification or ability to work toward

Physical Requirements:
  • May require occasional travel to physical locations
  • This job operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, etc

Pre-employment Requirements:
This position may be contingent upon passing a security clearance, criminal background check, drug screen, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review, education verification, employment verification, and/or credit check after acceptance of an offer and prior to beginning work, due to the nature of the services Chloeta provides and the responsibilities of this position.
Drug and Alcohol Testing:
To enforce Chloeta\xe2\x80\x99s Drug and Alcohol Testing Policy, an employee or candidate could be subject to undergoing a drug screen and/or alcohol testing at the beginning of employment, as well as after commencement of employment where there is reasonable suspicion of intoxication, or following an automobile or other accident, or as part of a company or facility-wide random drug screen process.
Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA):
Under the FCRA, Chloeta may request a credit check during the onboarding process. A written authorization form will be required before obtaining credit records.
Emergency Response:
Every Chloeta employee has regular and recurring emergency management responsibilities, though not every position requires routine deployment to disaster sites. All positions are subject to recall around the clock for emergency management operations, which may require irregular work hours, work at locations other than the official Duty Station, and may include duties other than those specified in the employee\'s official Position Description (PD). Travel requirements in support of emergency operations may be extensive in nature (weeks to months), with little advance notice, and may require employees to relocate to emergency sites with physically austere and operationally challenging conditions.
