Job Description


JND Mechanical, an HVAC contracting company, is looking for a Spanish speaking HR Administrator to join our team. This person will work to support the employee base focusing on recruitment, employee management, and various additional office engagements.

The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications. To thrive in this position you must be a self starter with follow through.

Responsibilities:

  • Field inbound communications - Answer phone calls/general email inquiries and route to the appropriate internal parties as needed.
  • Human Resources - Driven focus on recruitment possibilities, scheduling and conducting interviews, current employee engagement and retainage, management of HR processes and procedures
  • Project Management - Support the field staff as the main point of contact to filter service needs and project updates to the office in great detail.
  • General Office Administration - Manage and maintain general office needs (supplies, cleanings, general repairs and maintenance coordination)
  • Organize internal resources - Build out and maintain processes to keep files and office supplies organized and easily accessible.
  • Uphold policies and procedures - Ensure process is being followed and executed consistently
  • Safety - Point of contact for all safety related issues, procedures, and potential job specific requirements
  • Administrative Assistance - Work closely with Accounting and Operations assisting and gaining exposure to various needs as they may arise (training opportunities for further growth)
Requirements:
  • High school diploma
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English)
  • 1-2 years experience as an administrative assistant, secretary or receptionist preferred; HR office experience a plus!
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, high-energy attitude
  • Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skillset
  • Familiarity with office equipment (i.e. printers, fax machines, projectors)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Quickbooks/accounting software
