Summary of Position (PART-TIME) Provides administrative support to the HR Manager, and support day to day HR functions. Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or by telephone and answering company inquiries. Essential Functions: (This document in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying the position.) \xc2\xb7 Answers phone calls and directs caller to appropriate associate. \xc2\xb7 Greets visitors, ensure proper documentation to be ITAR compliant, and directs them to the appropriate location within the facility. \xc2\xb7 Reconciles hours daily, prepares time & attendance weekly for payroll etc. \xc2\xb7 sorts weekly paychecks \xc2\xb7 Assists the HR Manager with the following: \xc2\xb7 Audits all insurance invoices for each employee ensuring accuracy and enrollment \xc2\xb7 Any other tasks as assigned by management. \xc2\xb7 Maintain regular and punctual attendance and working overtime as assigned. \xc2\xb7 Retrieves, sorts, and forward\xe2\x80\x99s incoming mail. \xc2\xb7 Orders all office and kitchen supplies and tracks inventory. Stocks break room accordingly. \xc2\xb7 Orders flowers, lunches, gift baskets, and other items when necessary. \xc2\xb7 Help plan company events \xc2\xb7 Schedule meetings and conference rooms. Required Experience and Education Business administration experience or other related classes. Previous experience as an administrative role supporting Human Resources. Strong sense of urgency and accuracy required. Strong communications skills. Work Environment This job operates in a clerical, office, as well as a factory setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to odors, fumes, dust or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. Proper PPE will be provided. Position could potentially work remote if needed and pre-approved. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; handle objects, implements or office equipment; the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms; stoop or kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, interpret and evaluate information presented in regulations professional publications, referral documents and similar materials. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write clearly and cohesively, and to present information effectively both orally and in writing.
