Sonoran Ranch Services is a family-owned Arizona waste & recycling company that's growing fast. We're looking for a reliable, organized Office Manager to help keep our day-to-day operations running tight.
This role is for someone who likes structure, can stay on top of details, and doesn't need hand-holding.
Pay
$23-$30 per hour, based on experience
What You'll Do
Handle daily office operations and administrative tasks
Scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination with drivers, customers, and management
Assist with billing, invoicing, and customer accounts
Maintain records, paperwork, and internal systems
Answer phones and communicate professionally with customers
Support the General Manager with day-to-day operations
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
QuickBooks Online experience - REQUIRED
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Excellent organization and time management
Professional phone and email communication
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Basic accounting or bookkeeping experience
