'We are seeking an Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team. This vital role ensures smooth daily operations, manages financial records, and supports our team to uphold our company's standards of quality and service.
'Responsibilities'

Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization.
Manage bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing
Handle vendor relationships and related paperwork
Help Onboard new customers
Handle phone calls and Walk In Traffic
Maintain organized filing systems and manage front desk duties.
'Qualifications'
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
Strong bookkeeping skills with proficiency in QuickBooks.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.'
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
