We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a diverse skill set, enabling them to manage administrative tasks effectively while fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires a blend of clerical expertise, team management, and operational oversight.

Responsibilities



Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars for team members. Coordinate event planning and logistics for company meetings and functions. Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support in their roles. Handle vendor management, including negotiations and relationship building. Maintain accurate bookkeeping and payroll records, ensuring compliance with company policies. Assist with human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and training & development initiatives. Develop budgets and monitor expenses to ensure financial health of the office. Implement filing systems to maintain organized records and documentation. Manage front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and customer interactions.

Skills



Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff, vendors, and clients. Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management tasks. Experience with schedule management and calendar coordination. Familiarity with medical office management is a plus. Ability to train and develop team members to enhance their skills. Knowledge of budgeting practices and financial oversight. Competence in clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
