We\'re looking to hire an office administrator for 20-25 Hours a week. Possibly more as we approach the busy season. We are a growing company with a great reputation locally. We would prefer someone with experience dealing with customers either face to face or over the phone. We want someone who is comfortable talking to people, can resolve concerns, and a quick learner. Previous customer service work is encouraged. Candidate must have proficient computer skills. You will need computer/wifi/phone access with his/her position. It is a work from home position. Duties include: -Talking to customers on the phone to schedule appointments -Receiving payment for services rendered -Emailing and texting customers for upcoming services or appointments -Contacting technicians daily about routes -Maintaining a positive image of the company when dealing with customers with any issues they may have Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $12.00 per hour Benefits:
