Abra Auto Body and Glass is currently looking to add a body shop office administrator to our growing team.
We are looking for someone who is energetic, self-motivated and is passionate about vehicles and people.
Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the shops daily operations.
  • Greet customers handle all calls and schedule vehicle delivery and pick-up
  • Close repair orders
  • Keep customers informed about completion times, costs, and changes
  • Update calls as needed to clients
  • Maintain relationships with partners and vendors
  • Other duties may be assigned
