Abra Auto Body and Glass is currently looking to add a body shop office administrator to our growing team. We are looking for someone who is energetic, self-motivated and is passionate about vehicles and people. Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
Perform administrative tasks to support the shops daily operations.
Greet customers handle all calls and schedule vehicle delivery and pick-up
Close repair orders
Keep customers informed about completion times, costs, and changes
Update calls as needed to clients
Maintain relationships with partners and vendors
Other duties may be assigned
