Structural Integrity Associates (SI) seeks an Office Administrator to support our Denver office. This is a dynamic role with responsibilities across multiple departments and provides support in a variety of ways: Maintains office operations by receiving and distributing communications; maintaining supplies and equipment; coordinates and supports meetings; provides general administrative assistance and technical writing support.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and direct inquiries and telephone calls to appropriate parties; receives, opens, and routes mail.
  • Greet and welcome visitors, demonstrates a favorable image of the organization.
  • Maintain supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipate requirements; place and expedite orders; verify receipt; stock items; deliver supplies to workstations.
  • Coordinate internal meetings onsite or offsite, develop and distribute instructions, coordinate room setup logistics, interface with those attending meeting and facilitate arrangements.
  • Facilities administration including coordination of office space and setup for new hires, employee transfers, and visitors; coordination of needed repairs or other projects.
  • Miscellaneous administrative support including scanning, filing, printing, and compiling documents.
  • Provide administrative support for purchasing including complete purchase order documentation, route for appropriate review and approval, confirm receipt and reconciliation.
  • Performs shipping and receiving functions to support field and client operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Able to provide clerical support with document formatting and data entry into spreadsheets.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Experience with technical writing Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities, display professional, positive attitude and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as possessing exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work collectively with the administrative team associates.
  • Dependable and conscientious.
  • Demonstrates passion for learning new things, continuous improvement, and sharing best practices.
  • Physical Requirements: The duties of this position require bending, lifting up to 15 pounds, reaching high and low places, and crouching.

Salary Range: $23.00 to $31.00 per hour
