Job Description


Alexander Exteriors is seeking an Office Administrator Assistant. This is a part time position, Monday - Friday 8am-12pm This job is being offered with a work from home option. You will be required to come into the office every Friday. You will also be required to spend the first two weeks in the office for training. If you prefer to work in the office daily that can be discussed as well. Office is located in Coon Rapids. Duties include: Downloading documents, renaming files, uploading files to customer resource manager, pulling permits, answering phone, setting appointments, sending invoices, maintaining CRM, inputting data, responding to emails, managing job checklists, etc. Candidate must have their own computer or laptop, be computer savvy, and reliable. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No nights
  • No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Minneapolis, MN 55439: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • Customer service: 2 years (Required)
  • Computer skills: 3 years (Required)
