ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports the development of marketing plans and executes segmented marketing campaigns and communication plans that meet or exceed NACD\xe2\x80\x99s participation and revenue goals for NACD Directorship Certification and NACD Board Leadership Fellowship
  • Creates, develops, and manages content for certification-related webpages
  • Works cross-functionally with the NACD Education/Content, Member Engagement, Business Development, and Chapter teams to highlight Certification across events and activities
  • Raises the profile and unique value of Certification via regular and ongoing communications with the aim of building and fostering a community of NACD Certified Directors
  • Oversees project timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget
  • Monitors campaign performance, assesses tracking and reporting of marketing campaign results to determine challenges and successes
  • Performs other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
  • A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or business
  • Two years of experience in marketing or communications is required
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and possess basic knowledge of content management systems and HTML
  • Working knowledge of web analytics for tracking and reporting campaign results is preferred
  • A collaborative work ethic; excellent project management skills; exemplary interpersonal skills and problem-solving capabilities; exceptional organizational skills, and sharp attention to detail is required

NACD employees are required to be fully vaccinated for the COVID-19 virus by their first day of employment. An employee is \xe2\x80\x9cfully vaccinated\xe2\x80\x9d two weeks after receiving their second dose of a two-dose vaccination series or two weeks after the first shot of a single-dose vaccine (or as described by the vaccine manufacturer).

The salary/hourly range for this position is $50,000-$60,000 plus bonus potential. Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
