LSL has been awarded licensing to operate a cultivation facility. We aim to produce the highest quality medical marijuana and related manufactured/edible products at our state-of-the-art facilities which will be distributed to our retail dispensaries in the St. Louis, MO region. We are in search of a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator, with experience, to join our in-house marketing department. This person would work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer and would need to be a highly motivated, highly organized individual who is looking to get their foot in the door in the cannabis industry or a current industry employee who is looking for a new challenge and has the background to support the position.   • Supporting the marketing department\'s initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, events, social media, and content marketing.
  • Independently coordinating marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral.
  • Coordinating content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management.
  • Creating, proofreading, and editing copy for various marketing channels, ensuring a consistent voice.
  • Assisting with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts.
  • Evaluating and monitoring campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
  • Excellent skills with creative tools (i.e., publisher, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Project management skills. (i.e., Microsoft teams, Trello, Mondays)
  • Ability to influence and lead initiatives.
  • Thorough knowledge of the complete suite of Microsoft products.
  • Experience with CRM systems (i.e., Alpine IQ, Spring Big, Sprout Digital) a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Proven experience mining the web and familiarity with social networking tools.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
  • Ability to be proactive and collaborative.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Cannabis Knowledge is a plus but not required.
