Job Overview The IT Helpdesk Analyst plays a vital role in the firm and works under the direct supervision of the Director of Information Technology. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual that will support firm-wide information technology including but not limited to end-user hardware and software, on-premises and cloud-based applications, VoIP phone systems, and network and cybersecurity functions. Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT systems.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical helpdesk role (or similar).
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Mac OS.
  • Experience providing technical support via phone, chat, and video.
  • Experience configuring, installing, and supporting workstations, printers, peripherals, VoIP systems, mobile devices and network infrastructure.
  • Experience supporting office/productivity software (Microsoft 365).
  • Experience setting up and supporting video conferencing solutions.
  • Experience with Active Directory and/or Azure.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce is a plus.
  • Experience onboarding and offboarding user accounts
  • Understanding of cloud-based applications and delivery of cloud-based services.
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical staff.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally between office locations.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25lbs as needed.
  • Must be able to work onsite.
Salary & Benefits:
  • $32,000-$45,000 per year based on experience.
