Robert Half is searching for a Help Desk Analyst to support local and field users in a growing company. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be a creative problem solver who enjoys working in a dynamic and rapidly-changing work environment. This Help Desk Analyst role is located in the Portsmouth, New Hampshire area and is a permanent opportunity.

Your responsibilities in this role

- Provide IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally

- Troubleshoot recurring technical issues and suggest solutions to address the root of the problems

- Reply and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups

- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues

Requirements

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Demonstrated excellence in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications

- Experience with IT support ticketing systems

- Basic networking concepts

- Demonstrated knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment

- Experience with ServiceNow Platform

- IT infrastructure libraries experience

- Microsoft Office 365 experience desired

- MDT experience required

- Proven knowledge of Active Directory

- Microsoft Windows 10 experience
