What you get to do every day
- Deliver IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally
- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
- Help and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
- Pinpoint recurring technical issues and present solutions to address the root of the problems
Requirements
- Active Directory experience preferred
- Microsoft Technologies experience desired
- Practical knowledge of Printer Problems
- General familiarity with customer service
- Background working with Ticketing System
- Printer Problems experience highly preferred
- Adeptness in Peripheral Devices
- Password Reset experience highly desired
- Demonstrated knowledge of customer service
- Deep understanding of Active Directory
- Servicenow Application experience
- Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement
- Working knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment
- Prior experience with IT support ticketing systems
- Demonstrated excellence in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
- Basic networking concepts
