Job Description


  • Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details, and employment forms
  • Screen resumes and application forms
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
  • Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards and careers pages
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed
  • Address employee queries about benefits (e.g., PTO balance)
  • Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
  • Coordinate new hire orientations
  • Collaborate with the HR manager on the company newsletter
  • Participate in organizing company events
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Organizational Skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Previous experience in human resources OR enrollment in an HR-related university or college program preferred
Job Types: Part-time, Internship Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour Schedule:
  • Day shift
  • No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Madison, AL 35756: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
