The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for assisting with the recruitment, selection and on-boarding of both temporary and regular hire employees, administering paperwork for new hires, temporary employees, benefit programs, etc. Will coordinate training for all employees and maintain training records and documentation. Will provide human resources support to the management team members as well as to all employees at the Saukville location. This position also provides support to the Human Resources Manager, Corporate Controller and President to assist in achieving business objectives and goals.

This is a part-time hourly position working approximately 20 hours per week. Schedule will be arranged to provide HR support to all three shifts.

Previous experience in human resources is preferred along with some exposure to a manufacturing environment. Most important will be strong communication skills both interpersonal and written. Experience with MS office suite, especially Outlook, Word & Excel required.

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen is required.
