We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an HR Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with day-to-day operations. Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and pre-employment background checks
  • Maintain employee files
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Assist with the organization and scheduling of employee events and training programs
  • Assist with the coordination of employee recognition initiatives
  • Provide support for HR projects and initiatives
  • Maintain open communication with employees to foster a positive work environment
This position is part-time, Monday through Friday, 5 hours per day (25 hours per week). Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required with 3 year\'s experience
  • Degree in HR as well as HR office experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
