This is a full-time and fully remote role!

Role:

As a Growth Strategist, you will execute and support Paid Media campaigns that help define overarching strategy for clients. A storyteller and data lover at heart, you are able to showcase crystal clear strategies using data that are astonishingly savvy. Financial trends and budget management are your bread and butter and you are a doer when it comes to acting on a key strategy that bring wins for our brand clients.

Now the nitty gritty!

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the growth strategist that leads the internal team of media buyers, content creators, copywriters, etc. to execute work that will help the client reach their goals
  • Manage, plan, design, and operate Paid Media campaigns to maximize pod book of business
  • Management of campaign launches and ongoing campaign management
  • Budget management and tracking to ensure spend levels are on track and in alignment with client goals
  • Bid management and optimization
  • A/B Testing including 3rd party tool testing
  • Plan and lead meetings both internal and external
  • Participate in weekly or biweekly client calls and communicate with clients in between call cadence with minimal oversight to craft and retain strong client relationships and keep them informed of progress towards defined KPIs
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients questions
  • Drive client growth and maintain client relationships in a manner that positively impacts Structured Agency\'s growth and reputation
  • Take personal accountability and own the successes and failures for your client accounts and Pod
  • Lead your pod as a micro-agency within the agency to hit monetary goals and drive success for clients
  • Execute and support Paid Media campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization, and management
  • Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools
  • Campaign set-up: keyword development, ad copy creation & testing, account set-up and restricting, bid and budget management
  • Responsible for all tactical execution and campaign audits
  • Manage your priorities to directly reflect your focus on delivering the most important things for client accounts
  • Track and report on campaign results, data analysis
  • Mentor and pass down knowledge to Junior Media Buyers
  • Appropriately delegate tasks and responsibilities to Junior Media Buyers
  • Contribute to team learnings and findings so the entire Paid Media Team can be better
  • Passionate about winning for clients and wins whenever possible

Requirements
  • 4+ years of related work experience in Paid Media in an agency setting
  • 4+ years of Facebook advertising experience
  • 3+ years of experience as the primary growth marketing leader for E-commerce DTC brands
  • Hands on experience in managing campaign budget in the 6-7 figures
  • Experience running paid digital advertising campaigns on channels besides Facebook and Instagram including Google, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain difficult concepts and have difficult conversations with clients
  • Understanding and implementation of competitive reporting
  • Ability to identify the core KPIs and best growth strategies for E-commerce brands - even when the founders of said brands may not know them- and understand when/how to effectively and strategically communicate true core KPIs to the clients
  • Ability to coordinate marketing projects and work with multiple marketing execution team members
  • A strong background in direct response copywriting, and research for direct response copywriting. The ideal candidate is capable of writing a 500-1,000 word advertorial or sales page that will convert well
  • A strong eye for visual creative (image and video) and design
  • A working knowledge of conversion rate optimization and the ability to provide optimization suggestions to clients
  • A passion for E-commerce marketing and commitment to mastering the craft of growing E-commerce brands
  • Ability to read and analyze data and pull insights from that analysis that will help improve client results
  • Passion for learning and helping others learn and the humility to do so (no egos)
  • Experience working in Google Analytics and with 3rd party tools
  • Customer centric and love of winning against challenging odds
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building external and internal working relationships
  • Presentation and speaking skills that would rival the best public speakers
  • A doer, an action taker, a growth driver
