Schedule: Full Time Shift: Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday Location: 893 Hope Way Altamonte Springs, FL 32714 The role you\xe2\x80\x99ll contribute: The Social Media Strategist assists in the planning, developing, executing, and evaluating social media and digital content, advertising, campaigns and programs for AdventHealth. The role will include writing and creating engaging content for social platforms that amplifies on-brand messaging to further AdventHealth strategic priorities and business goals. This position requires data-driven decision making to best position content, tell compelling stories and use real-time insights to achieve appropriate audience engagement, reach and growth. This position reports to the Digital Recruit Strategy Manager.

  • Execute on day-to-day social media strategy, content, and campaigns across social platforms under the guidance of the Digital Recruit Strategy Manager.
  • Support the Digital Recruit Strategy Manager on managing the social media content calendar to publish to AdventHealth social media handles on a regular basis, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Plan, write, and edit social media posts on multiple channels for multiple audiences.
  • Scheduling and posting daily content to our current social media pages.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to build out editorial calendar.
  • Ensure copy is written in AdventHealth\xe2\x80\x99s brand voice and imagery/video meets brand standards
  • Work collaboratively with the internal and external copy, design, and photography/video teams to develop original channel-specific content and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with Digital Recruit Strategy Manager and Digital Strategy team to build, deploy, track & optimize social media campaigns (in platform) to successfully execute the defined strategy and achieve business results.
  • Responsible for tracking and communicating the ROI of recruitment digital initiatives & placements. Performs a comprehensive analysis of all initiatives, identifying both the effective areas and the areas of opportunity. Proposes recommended changes in strategy based on the data analyzed.
  • Assist with social media reporting, providing thoughtful, strategic insight to internal teams to help guide decision making.
  • Helps generate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual social media reports on the development and progress of our social media platforms and incorporate optimization strategies and analyze data.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Recruit Strategy Manager and existing partners to stay ahead of platform developments and emerging trends as well as expanding in new platforms.
  • Actively participate in team brainstorms and contribute ideas to keep social content fresh, relevant, and different based on emerging/current trends and our target audience\xe2\x80\x99s behaviors.
  • Monitors both social and digital platforms outside of social media (blogs, forums, etc) for content that impacts Adventist Health System from a recruitment perspective (favorable & unfavorable). Takes strategic and un-conventional approaches when crafting content appealing to the interest of AdventHealth Recruitment.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to succeed
: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English or related field or six years of related experience in lieu of degree.
  • 2-4 years of experience.
