We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Media Specialist to join our marketing and innovation team. As a Digital Media Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our online business for Dunn-Edwards Paints and Dura. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing and executing digital strategies and campaigns, for our paid social media, paid search SEM and affiliate channels, as well as provide support on websites and e-commerce initiatives. Your goal will be to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and maximize conversions to help us achieve our sales/revenue goals. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for all social media and SEM efforts for our educational non-profit Dunn-Edwards Foundation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid digital marketing strategies to optimize the online user experience, generate e-commerce traffic/revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Create and manage paid search SEM and paid social campaigns, analyze metrics and create performance reports. Provide strategic recommendations and insights for continual improvement. (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Linkedin, Pinterest)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marcom, Purchasing, PR, and Agencies to develop digital campaigns and ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, manage bids and optimize landing pages to improve ad performance and maximize ROI.
  • Manage budgets, tracking spends, and adjust bids as necessary to achieve campaign goals.
  • Responsible for meeting dunnedwards.com, shop.dunnedwards.com and dunnedwardsdura.com traffic, engagement, sales and revenue goals
  • Spearhead affiliate marketing program and increase sales and awareness through its use.
  • Develop Google Ads grants campaigns for the Dunn-Edwards foundation.
  • Manage the foundation e-commerce merchandise shop.
  • Assist in creating and editing web pages directly in content management system and troubleshoot content display issues. (Wordpress, basic HTML)
  • Design graphics and optimize images for placement on display ads and website(s)
  • Create tickets on the project management platform for the agency to complete requests and new projects in a timely manner.
  • Work with SEO agency to bring their suggestions to fruition across website(s) and
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, SEM and social media best practices and inform management of changes that are relevant to the company\xe2\x80\x99s marketing activities.
Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in digital media, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of creating and
managing successful paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Linkedin, Pinterest).
  • Required experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Project Management Tools (Active Collab, Monday) and Google Analytics.
  • Google Ads & Google Analytics certification a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Wordpress, Basic HTML and Shopify
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
