Optum Bank has a new opportunity for a Commercial Loan Servicing Analyst to join our growing Credit Operations team. This position will be responsible for performing post-closing ticklers/covenants ongoing monitoring for the bank\xe2\x80\x99s commercial loan portfolio.
You\xe2\x80\x99ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Execute the Optum Bank loan servicing procedure to ensure compliance with the bank\'s credit policies and applicable regulatory requirements
• Monitor tickler and covenant reporting for servicing including audit exception
• Manage ticklers and covenants within the loan origination system
• Set-up the initial ticklers and covenants in the loan origination system
• Collaborate with Servicing team on procedures and knowledge base
• Collaborate with Underwriting/Closing/Loan Accounting/Processing to have an audit-ready file
• Respond to email/phone inquiries from customers, related third parties, lending partners and internal team members regarding loans within the Credit portfolio
• Assist with other duties as assigned

• HS diploma/GED
• 2+ years of commercial lending experience
• Knowledge of banking industry and applicable regulations
• Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Effectively prioritize multiple tasks, priorities, projects, and deadlines
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree
• Knowledge of the necessary documentation and procedures to secure and perfect the bank\'s collateral
• Knowledge of standard commercial loan and lease documentation
• Experience working in a remote/hybrid environment
• Experience working with Credit Track and/or Fiserv ITI Premier
