Job Description


Dominion Financial Services is a leading nationwide private lender that offers short-term investment loans to experienced borrowers for acquiring and renovating residential real estate as well as long-term loans for rental properties. We are seeking a Loan Servicing Manger to be based remotely or in our Downtown Baltimore, MD office located at 32 South St. You will report directly to the Director of Loan Operations and will be responsible for directly managing a team of 5 or more employees. Responsibilities
  • Oversee Customer Service Operations
  • Ensure renovation draw request are being processed in a timely manner
  • Ensure mortgage payments are received and documented properly
  • Ensure monthly statements are sent to borrowers in a timely manner
  • Ensure proof of insurance is tracked and force placed insurance is applied when needed
  • Ensure that escrow payments are being collected and applied correctly
  • Ensure that borrowers are current on their loans and late notices are sent when needed
  • Responsible for having defaults and foreclosures filed when needed
  • Responsible for insuring transfer of service is processed when a loan is sold
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports regarding delinquents and workouts
  • Submit yearly 1098 mortgage interest statement filings
  • Submit yearly HMDA filing
  • Oversee Mortgage Lien Releases
Requirements
  • 3+ years of mortgage servicing experience
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Experience with departmental cross training
  • Hard money lending experience is a plus

  • Technically savvy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly

  • Advanced skills interpreting, applying, and explaining written and oral regulations, and instructions
  • Applicants must be a self-starter
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $125,000.00 per year Benefits:
