Sodexo is seeking a Chef Manager for Hermitage Richmond, a 150 resident continuing care retirement community located in Richmond, Viriginia. The Chef Manager will oversee the daily food production, food prep and will cook as needed. Food service operations include neighborhood dining and dining room service. Will report to the General Manager and manage a kitchen staff of approximately 10 employees. Typical shift will be 8:30-6:30pm, may vary with every other weekend coverage.
