Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a dynamic and energetic GM/Chef Manager to join our team at P&G in Browns Summit NC! The current food landscape consists of 1 Corporate Caf\xc3\xa9 that serves Breakfast and Lunch, 1 Micro-Market, and Catering Operations.

The GM/Chef Manager will be the number 1 for the operation in addition to be the chef for the location. This position represent a 60/40 split with a 60% of the role GM focused and 40% culinary. The GM/Chef Manager will responsible for financial reporting and the client relationship. Ability to multitask and deliver high end experience every day. Other duties include but not limited to:

• Managing the budget/finances for the business
• Managing the client relationship
• Menu Planning
• Ordering
• Inventory
• Managing a team of 5 hourly employees
• Food and Labor cost
• Catering
• Safety and Sanitation

A strong focus on customer service, culinary expertise, and attention to detail are key in our selection process. Computer skills and basic accounting skills are required. Able to make business decisions that allow the unit to meet goals.

This position is a bonus eligible position that offers a traditional Business and Industry location that offers a predominantly Monday through Friday, schedule. Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire). Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account

Qualifications & Requirements:

Basic Education Requirement - Associate\'s Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 2 years

Basic Functional Experience - 2 years
