We are seeking a creative, visionary data analyst with expert level Power BI skills to help automate reporting for our patient service division dashboards.

This role requires excellent communication and customer service abilities along with proven data trend analysis, data forecasting, and data solutions experience to help drive continual business improvements and patient experience. POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for utilizing multiple data sources to design action-oriented analytic tools for the Patient Services Division. This position will collaborate with all levels of management to design, test and implement final reporting structure, user-friendly dashboards. This will include investigating current processes and providing recommendations to reengineer procedures and improve automation potential. The analyst will collaborate with other data driven analysts for best practices and for continuous data analysis development. Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Must be a strategic thinker and be able to collaborate within a cross functional environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with changing needs and deadlines.
  • Excellent human relations skills and the ability to effectively interact and communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels staff and outside professionals.
  • Proficiency with Snowflake, Tableau, Microsoft BI and/or other data storage or visualization platforms.
  • Ability to manage complex assignments and complete assignments on time.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to compile, integrate, and analyze data from databases, including data blending.
  • Excellent business analysis, project management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency level typically attained within three (3) years of experience in business/systems analysis work.
  • An elevated level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, including automation skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Structured Query Language (SQL) query writing.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree
  • Advanced skills in Structured Query Language (SQL) query writing.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM system.
  • Experience with Tableau data visualization software and Power BI.
