We are looking for new team members who can deliver value to our customers through the implementation of large-scale ERP systems, help develop and deploy unique solutions for our customers, innovate, identify diverse business needs and challenges and work with our consultants and developers to POSITION TITLE: Business Analyst \xe2\x80\x93Construction REPORTS TO: Director of Services POSITION DESCRIPTION: In this role as Business Analyst with a focus in Construction you will bring your industry experience, creativity and focus to help to ensure the successful implementation of the Procore modules with customers through product and implementation expertise. You will analyze and review customer needs to map the requirements to the capabilities of our IFS system and the Procore. You will assist with configuring and customizing modules to achieve the customer\xe2\x80\x99s business requirements. You will ensure proper documentation and prepare work instructions to provide the ability to modify the software on ongoing basis. You should have a healthy personal sense of curiosity and profound interest in how systems can support business processes ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Identify functional related requirements from clients
  • Apply contemporary practices and techniques to our client business operations
  • Analyze the needs of the business and client\xe2\x80\x99s functional business requirements
  • Prepare and develop solutions to meet business requirements
  • Translate solution components into functional requirements, tasks, activities, and exceed customer expectations
  • Validate requirements of implementation team members
  • Document results and findings during each phase of the project, possibly including customer-unique and tailored process documentation
  • Collaborate with Project/Implementation Management in the execution of implementation tasks activities & training
  • Assist with the demonstration of features, functionality, and system capabilities
  • Industry experience is important, the following are our focus areas: Construction, Aerospace & Defense, Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities & Resources
  • Confident in designing solutions, challenge and advise customers, and deliver on expectation thus ensuring success for both parties.
  • Experience in implementation projects or upgrades.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Procore experience required
  • Construction experience required
