The J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Client and Employee Experience Insights (CEEX) team is responsible for collecting all client and employee feedback from a variety of listening posts and advising product owners about the trends we see, so they can prioritize the most impactful changes to their roadmap strategies.to help keep us on the path from good-to-great, we need to bring a more programmatic approach to our ongoing workflows in order to continue meeting the growing demand for the services of our insights team.

The Business Analyst will compile all requests for client insights work, run the program and share status and the work with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management leaders. Every leader wants to know how their respective businesses are doing. You will be the one to share that by producing reports and other artifacts, including our Client Satisfaction and Net Promoter Score analysis as well as installing organizational processes to keep our library of insights accessible.

You will be using your organizational and analytical skills to assist in producing crisp deliverables that provide insight to our partners about how their respective businesses are doing when it comes to client satisfaction and how to take action on the insights - the "so what". You will need excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for the client and employee experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Compile ongoing weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting of Client Satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS) to our partner businesses originating from the regular surveys that we field
  • Own our Complaints Reporting program and assure regulatory compliance - regular examination of our verbatim survey feedback, assessing if comments fall in the category of a complaint and reporting to the Wealth Management Executive Office
  • Run light, ad-hoc analysis (e.g., Excel pivot tables) to answer insights questions from leaders
  • Contribute to activities on the Employee insights side of the team as needed, including analysis of Send Us Feedback records and theming our employee feedback into an evergreen catalog of pain points
  • Provide structure and best practices for organizing insights across the team
  • Represent the \\"Voice of Client" (and Employee) to the business by providing facts to team members, so that we can celebrate positive outcomes; help us validate the need to correct negative outcomes
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensure stakeholders are informed by creating consumable packages, and deliver information in a way that is compelling and actionable

  • Communication skills: Communicate our Progress effectively and efficiently
  • Detail: Coordinate and ensure effective meetings, monitor details, set priorities, ensure follow-ups are tracked and executed
  • Passion for driving action and change Experienced with preparation of Monthly Business Reviews
  • Proactive: own issues end to end, act with a sense of urgency, guide for results with strong accountability
