We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Business Analyst who will focus on solving organizational problems by analyzing processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement. This role will be supporting external stakeholders, engaging at a high-level, supporting functional project teams and is responsible for process documentation and reengineering efforts. The Business Analyst will be a member of a team that helps clients modernize their operations and implement the RhyBus solutions.

This role is a full-time role, operating on a hybrid schedule out of our Herndon, VA office with two (2) telework days a week and may be occasionally required to travel.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and functions.
• Define technical, functional and non-functional specifications and business analysis requirements.
• Improve systems by analyzing current business practices.
• Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Recommend project changes using analytics and actively participate in the implementation of approved changes.
• Conduct functional testing of the solution and enhance the customer adoption process.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder\xe2\x80\x99s trust to optimize and enhance product integration.
• Communicate change management initiatives to support the deployment and implementation of the solution.
• Maintain and protect operations by keeping information confidential.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in business, information technology or computer science or equivalent work experience.
• Two plus (2+) years of experience working in business/system analysis roles.
• Experience analyzing data resulting in business-relevant conclusions and employing data visualization techniques and tools.
• Prior experience with business analysis, business process re-engineering, or change management.
• Knowledge of business process modeling tools.
• Hands-on experience with systems analysis and functional design.
• Strong problem-solving skills that demonstrate unique solutions that optimize business operations.
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen sense of attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interface with external and internal customers alike, with a collaborative approach.

Nice to have:

• Prior DOD (Department of Defense) experience.

The target pay range for this role is $65,000 to $80,000, based on experience.
