Enterprise Healthcare client has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Business Analysis Advisor to join their dynamic and growing team. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply!

Experience on cross-functional product team or implementations teams a plus, Azure Dev Ops for Backlog Management/Work item creation a plus

responsibilities:

• Primary function is to facilitate reverse engineering, and requirements gathering for migration projects.

• In order to decommission legacy systems, we need to migrate our clients from the legacy system to another existing application.

• The BA will be focused on Application-related requirements. Knowledge of Data Exchange is helpful but not required.

• Healthcare experience is a plus.

• The BA will need to have good stakeholder management skillset and ability to manage ambiguity.

• The migrations BA will work with many different cross-function stakeholders, and should be able to establish credibility quickly, despite limited domain knowledge initially.

• The BA should be able to resolve open questions efficiently by asking carefully crafted questions to the correct audience

• . The BA will use creative methods for digging into existing code and configurations, especially given stakeholder\'s demanding schedules and limited time.
