Job Summary \xe2\x80\x93 Benefits Communication Manager Researches, selects, and drives the development of employee benefits communication products and deliverables. Develops strategies and solutions with key internal stakeholders and external partners, in addition to supporting employer-based initiatives company wide. Supports key initiatives by putting the customers first, caring about people, and helping team succeed.
Job Responsibilities
Create, implement, and maintain a comprehensive benefits communications strategy, plan, and calendar aimed at Driving a Culture of Healthcare Consumerism
Participates in projects that are key to the development and implementation of employee benefit strategy
Works closely with internal and external partners for the creation of communications solutions
Prepares analysis, graphics, and presentations as appropriate to identify potential strategic opportunities and facilitate leadership in understanding method and process change required to achieve results
Develops and produces accurate and timely routine and communications and reports
Supports benefit managers with program rollouts and committee meeting materials
Assisting or leading day to day delivery of established programs with valuable input to support the company\xe2\x80\x99s initiatives
Development and facilitation of educational programs (i.e., courses, workshops, unique events, and interactive booths) to support benefits
Supports and develops processes that minimize manual work, waste, or inefficiencies.
Job Requirements
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business, English, Communications, or Journalism
Strong Written and Verbal combinations skills
5-7 years of experience in Communications
1 to 3 years of experience in a corporate benefits environment
Bilingual preferred
