Kimberly-Clark, a global company of leading brands, is looking for an Associate Director of Executive Communications to lead and drive the strategies and communications that enable our executive leadership\xe2\x80\x99s priorities while creating followership amongst their teams. The successful candidate will join the K-C Executive Leadership Team (ELT) team and report to Director of Executive Communications. In this role, you will:
  • Serve as the primary communications partner for key C-level executives on the K-C Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
  • Lead strategic communication programs including the development of strategies and plans that help K-C executives connect with, engage, and inform their organizations, the broader enterprise, and external audiences.
  • Interface and collaborate with the ELT to develop executive communication strategies around our highest enterprise priorities, providing strategic counsel on organizational changes and transformation, enterprise initiatives, and high-profile events, while also serving as an advisor to leaders to enhance their communications with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage C-level relationships and leverage their expertise to work alongside executive stakeholders to develop personalized strategies and tactics that enhance leadership, understanding of strategy, and enterprise reputation.
  • Lead others and partner with global communications and business leaders to develop integrated strategies for key Kimberly-Clark initiatives and measure communication effectiveness.

  • Bachelor\'s degree
  • 10+ years of related experience working with a large, global organization in corporate communications, with an emphasis on internal communications and C-level executive communications\xc2\xb7
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic content development (e.g., writing long- and short-form communications, message frameworks/mapping, speech writing, presentations, etc.)\xc2\xb7
  • 10+ years of experience leading development and execution of strategic meetings, including town halls and other events for large, global audiences\xc2\xb7
  • People management experience is preferred, including developing high-performing talent
