Position Summary:
NYU\xe2\x80\x99s Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director, Executive Education and Lifelong Learning on our Executive Programs team. The selected candidate will help grow Stern\xe2\x80\x99s dynamic non-degree executive education and lifelong learning business working with leadership to develop a comprehensive strategy for executive education that aligns with Stern\'s global brand positioning by collecting and maintaining market knowledge and remaining abreast of competitive industry trends. The Associate Director will manage business development and marketing activities for non-degree executive education including identifying new leads and building new business relationships with selected prospect companies that result new registrations and program contracts that deliver both impact and profit. They will also oversee program management for all open enrollment, and custom client programs and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders including faculty, participants, and clients.

Qualifications:
The selected candidate will have a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree and 5+ of relevant professional level experience or equivalent combination. Must include experience in a service business that requires managing multiple tasks/projects and satisfying multiple high-level constituencies. Strong communication, analytical, problem solving, negotiation skills, and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is also required.

Additional Information:
In compliance with NYC\xe2\x80\x99s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $70,000 to 90,000. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate\xe2\x80\x99s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
