Company Overview: Communities For People (CFP) serves youth and families through community-based residential programs, managed care networks, home based services, adoption, foster care and outpatient services. EOE Youth Development Services Program Director sign on and retention bonus: $750 Bonus at 90 days for Qualified candidates after successful completion of the introductory period. Additional retention bonus on qualification:
$500 at 180 days and an additional $750 bonus at the year mark. JOB SUMMARY: The program director is responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the Youth Development Services and Voluntary Extension of Care programs including service delivery to clients in accord with all contracts, licenses and agency policies and procedures. The program director supervises all members of the program team. QUALIFICATIONS: Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in relevant filed. Seasoned human services professionals with at least 3 years of experience working with similar client populations in human service or treatment settings and 2 years in management. Masters level education may be waived to Bachelor level in certain cases at the discretion of the agency with the approval of funding sources. EXPERIENCE: Work experience with DCYF involved families, provider community and/or related service providers. Proficiency in report writing and computer skills. Knowledge of DCYF practices and policies. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct and recruit for Youth Advisory board
• Oversight of Mentoring program
• Attending and partnering with community resource initiatives
• Works with internal and external collaterals to ensure best service delivery including financial literacy, vocational training and matched savings
• Oversight of Life Skills assessments for all youth 16 and over statewide
• Gives ongoing supervision to assigned supervisees
• Oversees hiring and training of a sufficiently skilled work force
• Delivers staff training to assure core competencies
• Builds staff morale, rewarding staff for effective quality improvement initiatives, quality work, and ideas that enhance the program\xe2\x80\x99s and agency\xe2\x80\x99s mission
• Oversees pre-screening, intake, treatment & discharge processes & protocols
• Chair quality improvement meetings identifying target goals and objectives and measurable changes and documents minutes and progress
• Stays current regarding evolving best practice and treatment models.
• Ensure highest quality service and service environment
• Delegates work fittingly and within the organizational structure and stays cognizant of staff abilities, work assignments and contract commitments.
• Handles public relations with diplomacy and prudence
• Markets program with prospective customers to increase program census
• Demonstrates fiscal leadership in managing budget as indicated by trends revealed in monthly operating statements
• Maintains all license, accreditation, client and program records
• Assures compliance with funding source reporting demands including incident reports, quarterly and clinical documentation
• On-call for crisis situations

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits:
