JOB SUMMARY:

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited college preferred.

Experience: A minimum of five years\' work experience, preferably in a Boys & Girls Club, at a senior level where you\'ve honed your skills in the key roles mentioned above.

WAGE: Full Time-Salaried-Exempt. Negotiable based on experience.

Skills/Knowledge Required:

KEY ROLES (Essential Job Responsibilities):

Club Management, Cluster Leadership, and Strategic Planning

Embark on a creative journey with Site Directors, crafting innovative programs, activities, and services that prepare youth for success and infuse the club environment with boundless joy and curiosity.

Bring our operational policies and procedures to life, ensuring they create an atmosphere of excitement and fulfillment. Continuously seek ways to improve club operations and share strategies that make a lasting impact.

Unleash your leadership magic to determine staffing levels and hours that will create the most magical and effective club experience for our members. Provide guidance and direction to our club management and staff during any crisis situation that may arise.

Explore the needs, resources, and community demographics of our clubs and cluster clubs, uncovering hidden treasures and recommending changes that will optimize our clubs\' use by the community. Let\'s maximize the potential of our club facilities, staff, and resources, bringing our mission and strategic plan to life.

Collaborate with our Executive Vice President to unlock the doors to extraordinary opportunities. Together, we\'ll determine policies that foster growth, extend our reach, engage the community, and embrace the power of volunteers. Spread the word and ensure compliance throughout our club sites.
