The Weekend Account Manager position is fast-paced and gives the employee the opportunity to connect with a variety of different people. The Weekend Account Manager position manages a book of clients with their day-to-day shipping needs. This position also provides thorough training that will equip the employee with the knowledge needed to be successful in this position. Role of Account Managers This position collaborates with another Weekend Account Manager to oversee the clients of the day time Account Managers and service their shipping needs. Effective Weekend Account Managers develop quality relationships with clients and encourage repeat sales through fast response rates and quality customer service. Location 805 Tower Terrace Rd, Hiawatha, IA 52233 Job Responsibilities \xe2\x97\x8f Develop quality relationships with clients and encourage repeat sales through fast response rates and quality customer service. \xe2\x97\x8f Work with shippers to provide transportation for various goods across the country. \xe2\x97\x8f Provide tracking and thorough communication on all shipments. \xe2\x97\x8f Negotiate and contract pricing agreements with carriers. \xe2\x97\x8f Plan and coordinate shipment schedules. Skills \xe2\x97\x8f Must be an independent problem solver and quick thinker. \xe2\x97\x8f Must be a self-motivated, hardworking, and driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset. \xe2\x97\x8f Must be able to operate e\xef\xac\x83ciently under pressure. \xe2\x97\x8f Must have good communication and customer service skills. \xe2\x97\x8f Must be a team player with a positive attitude. \xe2\x97\x8f Must be able to multitask efficiently with email, software, and multiple monitors. \xe2\x97\x8f No experience in logistics necessary.Must be coachable and eager to learn. The Position \xe2\x97\x8f Full time \xe2\x97\x8f The Weekend Account Manager hours rotate as follows: \xe2\x97\x8b Saturday: 8:00am-12:00am (Work from home after 5pm) \xe2\x97\x8b Sunday: 9:00am-12:00am (Work from home after 5pm) \xe2\x97\x8b Monday: 8:00am-11:00am \xe2\x97\x8b Saturday: 6:00am-6:00pm \xe2\x97\x8b Sunday: 6:00am-6:00pm \xe2\x97\x8b Monday: 8:00am-11:00am Salary and Benefits \xe2\x97\x8f $40,000 base salary plus uncapped commission \xe2\x97\x8f Account Managers begin with a base salary of $40,000, plus performance-based commission. \xe2\x97\x8f Applicants can expect to earn $55,000 - $75,000 within the first 2 years of employment with unlimited earnings potential. \xe2\x97\x8f Health bene\xef\xac\x81ts: Premium Health, Vision, Dental, and Life insurance \xe2\x97\x8f 401K with match \xe2\x97\x8f Weekend position o\xef\xac\x80ers 6 days of PTO per year starting after your 90 day probationary period Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits:
