We are seeking a Talent Account Manager to join our team. This position calls for a person who would be responsible for sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing and placing candidates with our clients. Main responsibilities include:
- Sourcing, shortlisting and interviewing prospective candidates
- Presenting suitable candidates to Hiring Managers
- Managing the hiring process from A-to-Z
- Negotiating salary packages with candidates as well as with clients
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates as well as with clients
- Sourcing and signing new clients for iTalent PLUS
- Fluent in English
- Have already worked with a Recruitment agency, ideally specializing in iGaming jobs
- Eager to grow your network and a desire to succeed
- Having strong people skills
- Looking for a Part time or Full time position
- Looking to work fully remotely
