The Company: Better Brokerage is an up-and-coming brokerage that serves other insurance agencies. We provide an outlet for them to write business, and as such, we remain ever-busy with new and interesting accounts to find coverage for.

- Be task-oriented, focused, and find enjoyment in managing heavy workloads and project management
- Be highly proficient at maneuvering on web-based software and able to learn new software quickly
- Be willing to seek answers and learn how to solve problems as they arise on your own initiative
- Be unquestionable in your ethics and transparency
- Be ready to work
- *Insurance license (P&C and L/H) preferred, but if not, we will pay for study material, exam, and licensing fees
- Your primary responsibility will be to process new personal insurance quotes, and then prepare proposals for agents that are ready to sell
- You will need to be willing to learn about insurance and become confident in recommending coverages for clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs.
