As a Verizon Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering personalized service to customers in a retail environment.

Verizon Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in person, addressing their inquiries and providing information about Verizon's products and services. Showcase and explain the features and benefits of various Verizon products, including smartphones, accessories, and service plans. Utilize consultative sales techniques to recommend products and services that align with customer needs, and guide them through the enrollment process. Assist customers with account setup, billing inquiries, and service modifications, ensuring a seamless experience. Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a high standard of customer service.

Verizon Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Comfortable using sale systems and mobile technology. Ability to address customer concerns and find effective solutions. Collaborative attitude and willingness to support team objectives.
This full-time, Verizon Customer Service Representativerole offers the opportunity to earn $175-$200 per new customer enrolled, with typical associates enrolling 2-3 new customers daily. The position requires approximately 40 hours per week, with responsibilities including face-to-face customer service and sales within assigned Pittsburgh territories and participation in in-office meetings as necessary.
