What You'll Do As A Verizon Customer Service Representative

Engage with customers face-to-face in retail and special event settings Educate and assist customers with Verizon services, upgrades, and account setup Deliver excellent customer service and support with a friendly, professional attitude Contribute to a positive team culture with daily goals and friendly competitions Participate in weekly team-building activities, outings, and sports-style challenges
