Job Description

Training & Process Improvement Leader

About AgState

AgState was formed September 1, 2021 through the merger of First Cooperative Association and Ag Partners/Alceco. First Cooperative Association, FCA, is recognized as the oldest active grain cooperative in the nation. The Marcus grain location was incorporated on December 12, 1887. For over 100 years, Alceco served Iowa producers. It was instrumental in bringing the loading of grain shuttles to NW Iowa, originally as Alceco and more recently under a joint venture, Ag Partners. AgState is owned and democratically controlled by our farmer-members. From the early days, both cooperatives were built from the ground up by people with a vision, who put countless hours into making these legacy co-ops work. It is our people that continue to make us strong and financially stable as we move AgState into the future continuing to build on the foundations laid with integrity, hard work, and a commitment to service.
