Looking to lead from the top as an Industrial Engineer within a well-established, forward-thinking business? This industry leading producer of warehouse storage products and industrial cooling displays, is seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Engineer to join their team.

In this diverse and exciting role, you will take charge of designing and implementing new processes within the manufacturing plant to increase efficiency. Using your experience and knowledge, you will conduct analysis of internal production lines and work with multiple teams to create actions using AutoCAD and SAP to make changes that will help drive this business to achieve their ambitious goals and expansion plans.

As a hands-on Engineer, you will have the opportunity to lead from the front, playing a pivotal role in ensuring that the production facility is running at its best. You will have the ability to showcase your personal knowledge and skills within the engineering department, while also collaborating with other team members across all aspects of the organization.

The Role:

• Work within a team of highly skilled engineers and production teams
• Opportunity to have vast responsibility within the engineering department
• Work with all departments within the organization to make sure production is the most efficient it can be
• Conduct analysis of current production lines and consult with production teams to then design and implement new processes

The Person:

• Previous Experience with AutoCAD and SAP software

• Experience from the manufacturing sector within a engineering leadership position
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and how to increase efficiency
• Degree in Engineering
